Digital delivery — no physical shipping

Lune sells downloadable digital products. No parcel, printed journal, frame, device or other physical item is shipped. There are no physical shipping charges for these downloads.

How access works

After successful payment is confirmed, our digital-delivery app is configured to email access links to the address used at checkout. Unpaid or pending-payment orders do not qualify for download access. If a manual payment method is offered, access is released only after payment has been verified.

Finding your files

Check your inbox and spam or junk folder. Use a valid email address at checkout. Open the download link, save the files and extract ZIP archives before using their contents. Choose A4 or US Letter as indicated in the product description. Printable PDFs are not fillable forms unless explicitly stated.

Delivery or access problems

If your link is missing or the files cannot be opened, contact homsimarco99@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Do not send payment-card details. We will investigate and help restore access or supply the correct files; see our refund policy for unresolved problems.

Availability

Sales are limited to markets and payment methods supported by our checkout and payment provider. We do not promise availability in every country.
